Announcing the Dr. Lenis Yamas Club
On a recent trip back to Taipei, a few friends and I were having healthy and delicious Okinawan food, at what I believe is one of the best restaurants in Taiwan. My friends asked me what I had been up to lately, to which I mentioned the recent cooking class in Taipei, walking and stretching activities in HK, that I had written many magazine and newspaper articles on health, appeared on various radio and TV shows, the many speeches and seminars in Malaysia, the coming free speech in HK on the 20th, and the one day Kodiko Stretching class in HK (on 28th).
They were shocked and upset. Why didn’t you tell us? Why don’t you let people know what is coming up, where they can learn more… especially for free? Don’t you care about your friends?
Anyway, I got the point and promised to get more organized. They suggested we form a club were people interested in healthy events could stay informed, could discuss healthy topics ask questions, and learn more about numerology, intuition, and other things I am teaching.
We raised our glasses for a toast and I said “Yamas”, which is a Greek word that means, “to our health”. At that moment my friend Bruce said, that’s it, lets call it the Yamas Club!
Well, its now underway. Joining our free Yamas Club allows you to stay informed of all upcoming events, regular health information emails, updates and articles, and access to join a discussion forum where your ideas and questions can find answers.
