Part 1 – Know Yourself (2 day)

Part 1 – 了解自我 (2)

The ancient Greeks believed that the most important thing in life was to know yourself for this held the key to reaching your highest potential. This class will help you know yourself through Kodiko Numerology. You learn your talents, life lessons, personality type, strengths and weaknesses, emotional type, communication type, nutritional type, and physical type. Through this training you can also analyze other people to improve communication and sales, and to solve interpersonal relationship problems.

古希臘人認為,人生最重要的事情,就是了解自我。唯有了解自我,才能發揮自己最大的潛能天賦。本課程將會幫助您透過Kodiko生命密碼了解自我,進而找出自己的天賦、生命的課題、個性類型、優點與弱點、情緒的類型、溝通模式、適合的營養類型、以及身體的特性。透過這個方式也幫助你了解其他人的特質,進而改善溝通與銷售的技巧,並解決人際關係的問題。

Part 2 – Know Yourself (2 day)

Part 2 – 了解自我 (2)

This class helps you know yourself on a much deeper level than part 1. The class is focused on identifying and resolving your internal conflicts. These include:

本課程將幫助你更深入地了解自我,比Part 1更為深入。課程將聚焦於辨別以及解決自我內在的衝突矛盾。包括:

-          psychological conflicts due to abuse, lack of self confidence, etc.

-          由受虐、缺乏自信導致的心理矛盾

-          nutritional conflicts including food sensitivities and allergies

-          飲食營養上的衝突,包括敏感性食物與過敏原

-          physical conflicts including loss of muscle flexibility, breathing, posture problems, and any other on-going health problems.

-          生理上的衝突矛盾,包括肌肉僵硬、呼吸技巧、姿勢問題,以及其他現存的健康問題。

Such conflicts work as invisible barriers to creating the changes you are after in your life. This workshop includes training on many mind-body techniques that can be used to clear negative emotions, reactions to foods and environmental sensitivities, to produce physical healing, and to allow you to find the confidence to really love yourself and be yourself.
