About Dr. Lenis

Dr. Dimitrios Lenis was born in Greece and immigrated with his family to Canada at the age of 5. He studied at the University of British Columbia, Douglas College, and studied Chiropractic in Los Angeles California. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 1988. He is certified by the USA Chiropractic National Boards and holds a European Union Physical Therapy License. Dr. Lenis was doctor to the top Olympic Athletes in Greece for the 2000 and 2004 Olympics. 

From 5 years old, Dr. Lenis studied music and at 13 focused on the steel drum. By 14 years old he had made his own set of steel drums and formed a steel band that performed in Vancouver and other parts of Canada. He later played in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Santa Cruz, and later in Greece where he was offered a recording contract with Columbia Records. Deciding to not continue in music professionally and going into the healing arts instead, Dr. Lenis still performs and using his music talents in his seminars to teach its healing powers.

Dr. Lenis believes the highest level of health is a result of knowing ones mind and body, following the ancient Greek code, "Know Yourself". For this reason he has researched many ways of knowing more about ourselves through various intuition development methods. He has especially studied applications of numerology, which he calls Kodiko Numerology, as a way to quickly understand personality, emotional state, communication style, etc.

As well as "Knowing One's Self", it is also important to know how to take care of one's self. For this reason Dr. Lenis has taught a wide seminars on healing living and anti-aging lifestyles. These include low temperature non-toxic cooking classes, anti-aging muscle therapy, anti-aging exercise, stress management, music and dance therapy, etc. Besides seminars, he has designed a variety of medical instruments and worked to produce and distribute these products so has been based in Asia since 2000, working between Greece, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other Asian countries.

In 2002, Dr. Lenis was invited to join ANFA Anti-aging and Preventative Medicine Clinic in Taiwan to open a new natural healing, preventative medicine, and Anti-aging center called the Lotus Hill Health Bank sponsored by the China Trust Bank and KG Leisure. The center allowed Dr. Lenis to create lifestyle programs that could boost the immune system and restore youthfulness to the body. There he acted as the executive chef, anti-aging exercise trainer, anti-aging muscle therapist, and taught seminars in stress management, healthy emotions through music and dance therapy, laughter therapy, cooking, and other healthy lifestyle subjects.

Dr. Lenis has written 7 books on anti-aging, healthy lifestyle, numerology, intuition development, and coffee reading published in Taiwan and distributed to all Chinese speaking communities around the world. He has also published many newspaper and magazines and appeared on various radio and televisions shows. Dr. Lenis speaks fluent Greek, English, and Mandarin Chinese.
